Josh honed his craft as an engineer and producer while working at Universal Music’s Forbes Street Studios in Sydney, Australia. He assisted on sessions with INXS, Sophie Hutchings, Lil Nas X, BENEE and The Voice TV series.

As a composer at Otis Studios, he has worked on music for advertising campaigns by Canva, Tennis Australia, QVB Sydney, and The Australian Government.

Alongside studio and production work, Josh has been refining his own artistic practice, creating music which is driven by soundscapes, electronic instruments and computer manipulation of acoustic sounds.

Josh learned guitar and began writing songs from a young age, as well as learning drums, keyboards and bass as a teenager. He began his production journey recording in his bedroom and local studios, while experimenting with synths and drum machines. This led to his passion for recording equipment, production techniques and electronic instruments.
